Best service, best people. I had my car towed after it died and Bret’s not only was ready for me to come in, they gave me a ride home while they checked it out, and kept costs down on the diagnosis. Beyond that, Tracy and Jeff are amazing people and were so helpful and kind.

My experience with Bret Autoworks was great! They diagnosed the problem and quoted cost. Waited for me to give the green light to do the repairs. The staff was very professional and kind. I also liked the video!😊

Although I paid them to diagnose bad tires, they properly diagnosed it. Unlike the other mechanic we went to with free diagnostics, we would have dropped 3 times as much and the car still wouldn't have been fixed. I've got no problem paying competent, honest mechanics for their time.

We just moved to town and needed a major repair on our BMW. The folks here were terrific! Tracy in the office was great to work with and the process worked exactly as she said it would. The technician called us quickly and via video walked us through all of the repairs. The estimate was fair and right on target, and the repairs were completed expertly and in a timely fashion. We definitely recommend using Bret’s Autoworks. It is great to have already found a trusted mechanic.

Really like that they do a video of what's going on with my vehicle and then send it to me for my review. Price is fair and reasonable and Jeff is si friendly.
