While I lucked out and didn’t end up bringing my car in, Bret’s Autoworks explained to me over the phone the issue I was having and that I did not have to bring my vehicle in for the issue my car was having. Jeep had previously quoted me a huge bill for a minor service that ended up not needed to be done. I appreciate their honesty and when the time comes my vehicle does need service, I will be taking it straight to Bret’s!
