The mechanic is thorough and all work is transparent. They give you a video of their assessment. Customer service at the front desk is top notch.

Took my Chrysler town and country in for AC repairs that I couldn’t diagnose myself. I had recharged the refrigerant myself and the gauge said there was pressure but then the shop told me that there was no refrigerant. Not sure how that worked but they changed the expansion valve in the back and it is blowing colder now. Inspections are expensive and seem to err on the side of replacing things rather than finding the root cause and fixing that. I will have to follow up once I look into the other things that they suggested replacing but I was not ready to pay for yet.

Took my car in for an oil change. They checked the car over and did a video of everything they looked at so I could see what they checked. They found a gasket that need to be replaced and took care of it. Very prompt and friendly service.

Tracy at the front desk is very nice, efficient and helpful! My 2010 Honda civic broke down and it needed a whole engine my car was done for. After it was looked at she recommended 146 Auto Parts for a seller and final tow. I then got another used car, a 2018 Ford Focus, and it had problems 3 days after buying and I brought it to Bret’s again. They fixed a coolant leak within a day and even received the part for it the same day. I just want to thank everyone who helped. I think Rick and Derek were the repair guys.
