My husband Josh and I have been customers of Bret's Autoworks for a little over a year now and we have had nothing but incredible service each time we come for our regular oil changes or maintenance needs. The multi-point inspection they do identified a almost tragic situation with my tires about 6 months ago for which I am extremely grateful. As a stubborn and at times irresponsible car owner, I neglect getting new tires when I'm up on the miles and usually wait until it's "too late". Our service tech recently sent us a 4 min video reviewing the multi-point inspection and he showed us the severe state our tires were in but yet it couldn't be seen by just looking at the car. You wouldn't have known there was an issue without the car being on a lift. He sent that video to me while I was at work and I immediately called my husband and told him we need to get those tires fixed ASAP. If he hadn't sent that video, I would have just said the same ole same "let's just wait". So THANK YOU Bret's for caring enough to invest into technology that is informative and preventative to your clients. Because of that 1 experience, I expect to be a long time customer of yours!!
