My car is 13 years old and nothing goes as expected. Rick was great on communication on what was going on and what needed to happen. I am very happy with the work and my husband has commented more than once on how quiet the car is running!

While I lucked out and didn’t end up bringing my car in, Bret’s Autoworks explained to me over the phone the issue I was having and that I did not have to bring my vehicle in for the issue my car was having. Jeep had previously quoted me a huge bill for a minor service that ended up not needed to be done. I appreciate their honesty and when the time comes my vehicle does need service, I will be taking it straight to Bret’s!

I have excellent service at Bret's. They will do everything to make your experience a pleasant one. So helpful and totally explain what is wrong with car. Tracy is very nice and so helpful. I would so recommend their business. I give then an A+!!

I was on the highway going from Olathe to Wichita on Friday, when halfway between Gardner and Edgerton, my alerts for low tire pressure started beeping. Continued to Edgerton, then had to backtrack to Gardner because I didn’t want to travel if something was wrong. The manager greeted me while I explained my problem. Being a senior citizen woman, I was flustered. He checked the tires and said he thought it was just tire pressure because the temperature had dropped. He checked the pressure of each tire and added the same amount of air to each tire. I knew I could trust Brett’s because that’s where I take my car in Olathe. Thank you for everything!
