Thank you everyone at Bret’s Autoworks for your thorough and professional work when it comes to your auto services. I’ve been getting regular auto maintenance and an occasional repairs at Bret’s for about 1 year on my 2007 Buick. I do a pretty good job of caring for my car but as mileage creeps up there will no doubt be needed maintenance and repairs to consider. Because you provide a video summary and list of items to be aware of every time, I have been aware of the potential items that will eventually require attention. Well last Friday when leaving for a meeting across town, the engine started but a sensor caused for problems running. After letting it set for a cold and snowy weekend I called and spoke to Dave on Monday to advise of need to get my car in. Thankfully it started and the sensor didn’t fail this time so the car was driveable. The car was in the shop and evaluated that day with a list of many things to do (many were no surprise) because I’ve been informed with prior video explanations at prior visits. I’ve been budgeting and preparing to tackle them as we go. You patiently waited my response and planning and took action on the items I elected were most necessary. My car is running great and I know I’ve still got a couple of items on my list to get done. But with any old car, you consider the necessity of spending the money now versus the decision to get a new ride. Thanks for your great work!
