Hands down probably the best auto repair shop I've ever been too, with the best customer service. They are always honest and upfront about anything before moving forward with repairs. The detailed videos sent by the techs explaining the vehicle issues is awesome and very informative!

Bret's Autoworks did a thorough and detailed diagnosis of our car. It had several problems and they were willing to take the time to work out a solution to fix the problems. They were also willing to write out a detailed, thorough estimate. We worked with Tracy. She was patient and kind. From the short experience we have had They are honest and trustworthy. I normally do the maintenance on all of our vehicles. But have been super busy and my daughter needed her oil changed ASAP before a road trip. She works in Gardner. Brett’s was able to get her in right away and take care of it. Lots of shops will try to take advantage of a young lady. But they were professional and treated her great. The video they sent to her of her inspection was very helpful with me to know what is going on with her vehicle as she has only had it about a year.
