Couldn't be more happy with the service I received with my Lexus at Bret's. They were organized, reasonably priced, and extremely courtious. Since I am fairly new to Gardner I feel fortunate to find such a good source of automotive assistance that I can dependon on in the future. Carol

I was on the highway going from Olathe to Wichita on Friday, when halfway between Gardner and Edgerton, my alerts for low tire pressure started beeping. Continued to Edgerton, then had to backtrack to Gardner because I didn’t want to travel if something was wrong. The manager greeted me while I explained my problem. Being a senior citizen woman, I was flustered. He checked the tires and said he thought it was just tire pressure because the temperature had dropped. He checked the pressure of each tire and added the same amount of air to each tire. I knew I could trust Brett’s because that’s where I take my car in Olathe. Thank you for everything!

Had to have my wife's car towed here from Olathe when it unexpectedly broke down. They were in contact with us first thing Monday morning to get the basic info. They were courteous and professional. They diagnosed the issue had had it fixed within 24 hours at a very reasonable rate. Believe the gentleman's name was Rick that we dealt with.
