It is very rare these days to experience great service. But that was my experience with Bret's. I had a complicated situation that Tracey and the team at Bret's handled with patience and honesty. I was consistently updated throughout the process and was charged what I was quoted upfront. I will be going to Bret's for any future auto mechanical needs!

I had a cylinder 4 misfire code and knew it was probably the fuel injection in my 99 Tahoe. Eric properly diagnosed the problem and sent me a video detailing the issue and the solution. The gaskets that came with the new parts did not fit properly, so a new set was ordered and installed. They made sure my vehicle was running smooth and efficient. Tracy kept me informed on the repairs and they even ate the cost of the extra gaskets to keep me within the original quoted repair costs. I will bring my other vehicles back to Bret's from now on. They provided great service and exceeded expectations!
