Bret's Autoworks did a thorough and detailed diagnosis of our car. It had several problems and they were willing to take the time to work out a solution to fix the problems. They were also willing to write out a detailed, thorough estimate. We worked with Tracy. She was patient and kind. From the short experience we have had They are honest and trustworthy. We will continue to use them for our family cars maintenance.

I normally do the maintenance on all of our vehicles. But have been super busy and my daughter needed her oil changed ASAP before a road trip. She works in Gardner. Brett’s was able to get her in right away and take care of it. Lots of shops will try to take advantage of a young lady. But they were professional and treated her great. The video they sent to her of her inspection was very helpful with me to know what is going on with her vehicle as she has only had it about a year.

My car is 13 years old and nothing goes as expected. Rick was great on communication on what was going on and what needed to happen. I am very happy with the work and my husband has commented more than once on how quiet the car is running!

While I lucked out and didn’t end up bringing my car in, Bret’s Autoworks explained to me over the phone the issue I was having and that I did not have to bring my vehicle in for the issue my car was having. Jeep had previously quoted me a huge bill for a minor service that ended up not needed to be done. I appreciate their honesty and when the time comes my vehicle does need service, I will be taking it straight to Bret’s!
