We have been using Bret's for over 20 yrs, since it was just Leo running the shop. They have shown time and again that they take care of their customers and want things to be right. I trust if they tell me something needs to be fixed it does and they will tell me if something is just recommended or really needed. We dont take our cars anywhere else.

Had my A/C compressor, condenser, valves etc replaced and system flush and recharged with new Freon/Oil. Quick turnaround and they worked with my extended warranty company. I’m happy with the work that Bret’s did, but not with the extended warranty company. There was miscommunication and a $1,000 difference in the total. Yet to be determined on that issue. Bret’s Auto was great

I could tell from the first phone call with Tracy that this place puts customers first. We have an older car that needed some repairs for us to feel like it was reliable for our daughter’s first car. The entire team was wonderful. They even worked so efficiently that they found a new catalytic converter and they did a few other minor repairs and we had the car back that same day! Even have a pretty great warranty on the new part. Tracy was always the one I spoke with and you can really tell a difference between this autoworks site and the larger ones in Olathe, etc. We actually took it to Olathe and we were treated like a number and they were much pricier!!! I cannot say great enough things about Bret’s Autoworks. They definitely have my business in the future.

Alternator went out on our van and they were able to get it in the next day. Gave me an estimate and was right on with it. Great, quick, professional service.

Tracy was very helpful. They did a great job at checking my car. Then they sent me a detailed list of everything they checked. I had them fix what I needed at the time. Thank you guys so much.
