I had my car towed in when it wouldn't go into gear. I assumed I had a broken transmission. Bret's technician found it to be a different (and much cheaper) repair. They had it repaired in 24 hours. They have fair prices and do the job right. Thank you, Bret's.

Brets did a good job on our car. Originally they thought it needed a new alternator and was able to reconnect the wiring and saved us money. Tracy kept us updated along the way from initial inspection to final costs. We received a video from the technician explaining all the things they had found. We are very satisfied with the service at Brets!

I had a great experience at Brett’s Auto Shop on Gardner. The team was professional, helpful, and took the time to clearly explain everything about my car. I came in for a brake inspection, and they ended up replacing my brake pads and rotors. The pricing was fair, and everyone I dealt with was super friendly. One thing that really stood out was the video they sent me from the inspection — it was really helpful to see exactly what was going on. Highly recommend them!

Everyone at Bretts was very friendly & courteous. They did a video showing everything they checked on my car & what needed to be fixed. Really appreciated that. They fixed the problem that I had taken my car in for. I will be going back whenever I need something else done.

Went in for a second opinion. Had a great experience. Went to bat for me with my extended warranty company. Got my car fixed and all is good. Will be definitely bringing the rest of vehicles to this location. Thanks again for the great service.
