Bretts Autoworks is the only place I take my vehicles. Customer Service is excellent and the service crews are outstanding! They are dependable and knowledgeable no matter what issue. During the freeze of the Midwest our truck would not start due to dead battery. We couldn't change it due to the location of it. We called around to see if we could get it fixed and dealer's were going to charge a fee because the said that they would have to run a test to make sure it was only the battery. Also they wouldn't be able to get to it right away, my husband is a disabled veteran and I couldn't go long without a vehicle. I called Brett's and they told they also probably couldn't get to it right away but it wouldn't be as long as the other places. Tracy called &said they were go to get working on it that day, they didn't charge us the extra fee for checking it out. They also did a oil change (with our approval) for less money than others charge us. You bet I would refer other's to them. Rosemary

This is the first time I've used Bret's to get an oil change, they were very friendly and did the job in about 45 minutes. Was very happy with the service.

These guys know their business and they do it well. They also take care of their customers. A recent family emergency brought with it a car “emergency.” Bret’s went to bat for us and got our car repaired immediately so we could take care of our long-distant family emergency. Sent a video with all the problems they found, did the work they needed to, and didn't charge anything outlandish. Seems like a shop that won't screw you backwards

If you want to feel confident your vehicle is repaired correctly, this is the place. Not cheap, but I guess no car repair is these days. They also do diesel vehicles. Friendly staff. Use video communication to show you what they find. Make appt. Another appointment for a used car for my granddaughter. Changed oil and filter and went over entire car. Found a oil leak which they fixed. Still covid conditions, so they text or email you a video of what they find. Good folks and trustworthy.
