Tracy Lane is Amazing, very busy morning when I came in for my first oil change at Bret's. Tracy handled multiple phone calls and folks that just drove in for help. Tracy kindly and professionally took great care of everyone. My service was excellent, great price, completed timely. Tracy showed me a filter to my A/C that looked clogged, Gave me the CHOICE And price to replace it, YES please. AAA certified Mechanic! I will continue to be well served at Bret's

Friendly staff. Explained the problems with my car in a manner I could understand.... I'm dumb when it comes to cars. Didn't pressure me into repairs just to make money off me. I'll be taking my car back there for the repairs when time comes. Thanks Bret's employees!!!

100% satisfaction...as usual. Tracy is an angel and we are always treated like family. Quick, reliable, detailed service at a fair price (the video is awesome and backs up everything I’m told). Never feel like I’m being told to do more repairs than I need and advised on what to watch for and keep on my radar for future service.

I am working at the hospital during the covid 19 pandemic and needed an oil change badly! I wasn’t able to find a place open or that would work with my work schedule! Then I saw Brett’s was offering a few oil change for health care workers! What a blessing! They were very friendly and easy to work with! I dropped it off before work and was able to get it after! Thank you! I’ll be coming back in the future for oil changes!
