Highly recommend. Car needed major midlife tune-up and Bret's was transparent (love the videos) and fast. What would have taken most shops weeks they got done in 4 days. And the quality was exceptional. Tracey provides exceptional communication and customer service throughout. Will be returning for all future car needs.

Tracy is incredibly nice and kept us informed every step of the way. We appreciated them texting us the video inspection and walking us through the work needing done. They were honest, transparent, and very respectful of our time and budget. We even ended up paying LESS than originally quoted. We would recommend them to anyone!!

If you want to feel confident your vehicle is repaired correctly, this is the place. Not cheap, but I guess no car repair is these days. They also do desiel vehicles. Friendly staff. Use video communication to show you what they find. Make appt.

Bret's is always honest about what is wrong with your car and even if you have several things to fix they will help you figure out the top priority and fix it! I have brought cars to them that other shops have failed to fix and they have repaired it. I trust them to do it right.

We have been using Bret's for a few years. They are fantastic. I have young drivers who are just learning all the ins and outs of vehicle care and maintenance and they are very patient with them and the project cars we bring in. My son has an older car that needs some TLC and he attempts some repairs himself but others require a specialized touch. Most recently, his car was dying constantly. Bret's was great at diagnosing and working with him on his options. I truly believe they can fix anything. Great service! No Pressure! Bret's is Honest and for me that is a big deal. Bret’s Autoworks save the day for me! I came in from out of town only to have a belt and tensioner fail on my truck. I called Bret’s on a recommendation from a friend that lives in Gardner, I called Monday morning right as they were opening and told them what had happened, they had me drop it off and said they would do their best to get it in. To my surprise they were able to verify the problem and contacted me that afternoon with the results and provided a quote. They had to get the parts order, long story short by Tuesday morning they had called to let me know my truck was ready. Amazing customer service and very friendly and professional. I would give a 10+ rating if it was an option, I will definitely be a returning customer when I’m in need of auto repairs!

Had some maintenance and service done on my Deisel truck. From making the appointment to pickup they took excellent care of me! All my vehicles will be serviced here from now on! Highly recommend!
