I really liked the video inspection and the way the tech covered all his findings. The staff seemed very professional although I never had a face to face due to my schedule. The only issue I have is the pricing. I understand you get what you pay for but the labor rate is significantly greater than nearby establishments. I was charged 300$ for a diagnostic which only established a repair they needed to do to FINISH diagnosing my problem. Which by the way was for 1500 dollars including the diagnostic. The part they had priced out for 800 dollars was available from autozone for 250. I understand markup and that they need to make money. But it seems a bit excessive

My car's low oil light came on. I called Bret's and they came and towed it away within an hour. The next morning around 10 am I received my video diagnosis, which was really helpful. The tech also pointed out visually what else needed attention on my car. I called and discussed what services I would like to be done and they had me back in my car the next afternoon. Great professional timely service, and I will definitely be going to Bret's for any future car services!
