From the moment I sent my appt. email, Tracy was quick to respond and communicated clearly with me and my appt needs. They sent me a inspection video, Derek was thorough and explained everything that he found, he handed me back off to Tracy for recommended repairs, before she contacted me she had tracked down parts, had a time line and an accurate price for me. I had to wait a week for parts to come in, brought truck back in and they quickly got me back on the road. I was impressed and will continue to bring my truck here, I have never had such a hassle free and pleasant experience at the repair shop.

I called Bret’s due to a blower not working on my A/C, they got me an estimate for the work and an estimate for several other issues. Told me what I should prioritize without being pushy or preachy. Fixed my issue on the same day I brought it in (the day after I called), quickly and at a good price. I’ll use Brets first, every time going forward.

I used to take my car to the dealership for repairs, but my car started stalling and wasn't going to make it all the way to the dealership so I figured I'll give a local shop a chance. I was absolutely STUNNED to say the least. Bret's does an incredible job on communicating what's going on with your car as well as advising you the best way to proceed. They are very professional, polite and courteous. Will 100% be taking my car to Bret's for all future repairs.

My wife and I have used Brett's fir a number of years. They are very professional. The staff are friendly,courteous and knowledgeable. Never had a problem. You might a little more but it is worth the excellent service you get. I would recommend them for your next service.
