Great car service and customer service. Always have had good experiences. I love the technical videos!

Easy to set up appointment. A video will be sent to you to show the work completed or if needed a video will show a problem that may need to be corrected now or something to watch and check on. You will receive a phone call and/or a text when vehicle repair or service is completed. Discounts are sent out for charges in mail. Work will be completed as requested. I've never had a problem at Brets but one time caused by a factory defect and it was corrected. No complaints and will continue to have service done at Brets in Gardner.

Gardner location always gets me for service within a few days and they complete work in a timely manner. Always friendly and helpful if I have questions. I have been going there for several years. Highly recommend.

They were extremely busy the day I had my car towed to their lot and they still managed to service my car in a quite reasonable amount of time.
