They are honest and straight-forward. Our SUV is 22 years old with nearly 300,000 miles. They pay great attention to detail, but they don't push us to make costly repairs that aren't worthwhile with the age and wear on our vehicle. They take care of their customers like we're family.

Had a Kia that had been dying. Took it in and they spent two days, trying everything to get it to die. Nope. Computer did not show anything. Then they would not charge me, because they did not find anything. Honest and integrity. We will bring future work to Bret's

From the moment I sent my appt. email, Tracy was quick to respond and communicated clearly with me and my appt needs. They sent me a inspection video, Derek was thorough and explained everything that he found, he handed me back off to Tracy for recommended repairs, before she contacted me she had tracked down parts, had a time line and an accurate price for me. I had to wait a week for parts to come in, brought truck back in and they quickly got me back on the road. I was impressed and will continue to bring my truck here, I have never had such a hassle free and pleasant experience at the repair shop.

I called Bret’s due to a blower not working on my A/C, they got me an estimate for the work and an estimate for several other issues. Told me what I should prioritize without being pushy or preachy. Fixed my issue on the same day I brought it in (the day after I called), quickly and at a good price. I’ll use Brets first, every time going forward.
