Brets always treats us right and works well with us. They also send videos of them working on your car which is cool cause 1) I don’t know anything about car so it gives me an idea as to what’s going on and 2) it hold them accountable if something does go wrong. Nothing usually goes wrong after they fix the issues but I love the confidence they have, more places need to be like brets

We very much appreciated Bret's standing behind its work. We were looking at a very big expense because we thought the repair was something else rather than what had already been replaced. Turns out the part was bad & under warranty & we were not charged for the part or labor. Thank you for making things right!

Great quick service. They always explain what needs to be done and what it will cost before doing the work. In more than 20 years and 7 or 8 vehicles, they've always kept our cars rolling and well maintained.

Tracey and her team are absolute rock stars! My son and I were driving through on our way to Santa Fe, New Mexico and got stranded on the highway. AAA suggested Bret's Autoworks. We arrived by tow truck an hour before closing. Tracey welcomed us and asked if we needed anything to eat or drink and then her team proceed to shuffle cars around to allow space for our Lexus to get into the shop. Over the next hour they determine the problem, which was a faulty fuel pump. Due to time, they couldn't get the part but they provided us a loaner car and said they would have us on the road by 10:00 the next morning. To my surprise, Tracey called me the next morning at 8:45 and said we were all ready to go! I can't say enough how impressed and appreciative I am to Tracey and her entire staff. Great people, great service and great technicians. This is a group of people who truly care about others and went the extra mile to help us get back on the road to get home for the holidays!
