Wish they would have told me the need for synthetic oil. My 24.99 coupon wasn't any good for that oil change. 19.99 for a tire rotation and oil change with synthetic. 71.50. Really. I like these folks but jees. My husband used to do the job Tracy does and we know how the prices get inflated. So frustrating.

I’ve been coming here since I moved to Gardner almost two years ago and they are wonderful. Their pricing is fair and I’ve received excellent customer service every time, even after I’ve forgotten my appointment, twice!!! I won’t take my vehicle anywhere else.

Brought my 2005 Tahoe to replace the speedometer cluster and they did a thorough and reasonably priced replacement. They provided an estimate 2 months ago and kept to the estimate price. I've brought my Tahoe to them for other major services and I've been impressed with how they do a video front to back to let you know of any issues or if all looks good. I have some minor maintenance things on the list that they'll be taking care of soon as well. As for me. I plan on having them be the first that I go to for repairs. Would highly recommend them.

Been coming here since I moved to Gardner and they take care of all 4 of our vehicles. Jeff and Tracy are excellent!!! They are very thorough and professional!!! The technicians are top notch!!! The videos they record and send to you to show any issues they see or just repairs they did are awesome!!! They sent me a video during a oil pan gasket change just to show me the condition of the internal parts of my engine because they knew I wouldn’t be able to see it after they finished. Needless to say that’s above and beyond!!! They even offer a shuttle service!!! Bret’s Autoworks entire operation is 1st class!!!

Always found Jeff and Tracy to be friendly and knowledgeable. Derrick is very qualified master tech...my only wish is to take more review of decisions of which list charge for parts labor and service charges ought to be plenty to pay well cover expenses of business and make profit ....I knew it would take several hours to replace water pump and thermostat . I thanked everyone and thank them now...5 stars...I just wish Bret would review prices where possible...

I used their coupon for an oil change. I was pleased with their quick, professional work and inspection of my vehicle. When I told them I was not interested in them fixing an issue they found, they were respectful and did not pressure me into a sale.
