They were extremely fast and even graciously Stayed after hours on Friday evening to fix my car for me to be able to travel home as fast as possible. Tracy was great! Definitely recommend them

Just had my car serviced. The team at Bret’s seemed competent and let me know that an issue I thought I had with a tail light did not need to be replaced. I was in and out relatively fast compared to the times I’ve gone through jiffy lube. Overall good experience, and now that I’m living in Gardner I will use Bret’s again.

I’ve used Bret’s to help me keep my 160,000 mile Prius up and running, and they’ve always met the need. One special thing about Bret’s is the video they send me of what the mechanics find, which is often helpful in deciding what to defer and what to fix. This is an honest repair shop with certified mechanics and a shuttle that’ll give you a ride home. Good place!

Love these guys. Honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. The videos they send while diagnosing your issue make everything easier to understand. I've never felt pressured, or oversold, on repairs, and the price had been outstanding for the work they have completed. Mechanics and Staff are great, and, Jeff and Tracey have always gone above and beyond to help us get our cars tuned up, or completely fixed. They stand behind their warranties, and quickly complete their work. I've been shocked at how quickly they've repaired our cars, considering there's been major repairs on my daughter's car. I like supporting our local businesses in our town, and I will use Bret's for all my vehicles as long as they are in business.

I've had several experiences at Bret's and they've all been good. I love that there's a woman in the front office. Tracey provides excellent customer service. They don't oversell either. Which is nice when you only have X amount of dollars. I just purchased 2 tires. They were able to match my tires and get them on in a timely manner. I'd recommend you guys to anyone!

Took my new car to Brett's to have a pre-purchase inspection done and had amazing service! I really liked having the video in case there would have been something wrong I could have shared it with the seller. This was my first visit to Brett's and I will be going back for all oil changes and maintenance needs on my new car. They are so professional and personable. Glad to have a honest, reliable place so close to home!
