Brett’s is the best place to take your vehicle. The staff is very friendly and committed to working with the customer. If you live in Gardner, they have a ride service if needed to get you back home after dropping off your vehicle. Tracy and Jeff are very knowledgeable on car problems and explaining them. What I really like is the video that the service tech takes of your car. He narrates what has been checked out and what the problem is as the camera moves around your car. It’s great to have this kind of place in town. I feel very comfortable taking my wrangler here.

Honest, trustworthy, and they can fix ANYTHING! If its something lame (your gas cap is loose) they don't charge you for telling you about it. Great people and mechanics!

Lady behind the counter is by far one of the rudest ive met, but there knowledgeable mechanics make up for that. They seriously know there stuff, I would trust them with anything. They do basic maintenance, tires, oil changes, breaks, etc all the way to headgaskets and motor swaps...avoid the lady up front if possible, even with her in there, its crazy i can say this is still the best knowledgable shop in gardner.

Best Service we have ever had. We have always been well informed as to the progress of the work performed and kept abreast of any new finds. Pricing has always been fair and the work guaranteed. We are return customers as we play with old cars and Bret's understands these old auto's well.
