Excellent work
Our vehicle broke down on a Saturday in Baldwin. Brett's has been taking care of my in-law's vehicles for some time. Granted it was not a far tow and it was convenient; we blindsided them with a strange car in their lot.I called Monday morning and was treated curtiously and professionally. Our vehicle was back on the streets by Wednesday afternoon;couldn't be happier.
Transparency is their middle name! Super honest and professional. Felt like my car was in very good hands from the moment I dropped it off until I picked it up. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an auto shop to use over and over. Will definitely have them working on all my vehicles while I live here.

Jeff Sapp listened and understood what my automotive concerns were. The video with audio review of my vehicle was very helpful in understanding what repairs issues needed to be addressed immediately. What I like most about Jeff is he is honest in his assessment of what repairs need priority and NEVER tries to upsale me on anything that is marginally in need of repair. The repairs were done in an expeditious manner with quality work being first and foremost.

During this time of reopening after the threat of the COVID-19 virus, we will be unlocking the front door and opening the lobby for service at the counter.
Touchless Drop off and pickup: For your safety, as well as ours, we will continue to encourage drop off service. Please answer the questions on the provided envelope regarding your vehicle, put your keys inside the envelope, then drop the envelope in the key drop box. Feel free to call the shop with any questions, or to further explain what you want done. Once your vehicle is inspected, we will contact you by phone to discuss any service or maintenance your vehicle needs. Payment will also be by phone once services are complete. When you are coming to pick up your vehicle, call the shop and we will leave your keys and receipt inside your vehicle.
Dropping off your car: Our lobby doors will be unlocked, and we welcome you at our counters. If you come into the lobby, we will talk with you at the counter, take your keys, sanitize them and get your vehicle ready for service. For your safety, as well as ours, you will notice we have installed a plexiglass barrier. You may also see us wear latex gloves or masks and we will keep our distance as best we can.
Waiting on Vehicle: During Phase 1 we discourage waiting on your vehicle, however if you need to, please do not bring anyone with you, as our waiting rooms are small and the 6 foot distancing will need to be adhered to.
Pickup Service: Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer rides to work or home, but we will gladly pickup and drop off your car at no additional charge, if local to Gardner. Once your vehicle is inspected, we will contact you by phone to discuss any service or maintenance your vehicle needs. Payment will also be by phone once the services are complete. When we return your vehicle, we will call or text you and leave the key and receipt inside the vehicle.
Either way, be assured that your car will be sanitized before returning it to you!
